154-4 B 6 for these officials. In the case of the chiefs of the abbey, who presumptuously take a look at Czech ministers, it must also be stressed that for reasons of the general standing of the clear administration, the emphasis must be on a corresponding external emphasis. The second point, which I would like to draw your attention to, is the assessment of the activities of those officials who, without being part of the State Ministry for Bohemia and Moravia, exercise imperial supervision within the Sutonom central authorities. As I have already mentioned, their duties are mainly tasks of a public authority (e.g. legal) rather than tasks of the kind which are still in existence in the Länder ministries of the rest of the Reich. In this way, I have also transferred the tasks of the former authority of the Reichsprotektor to the sutonome administration, so that the autonomous central authorities are in no way to be applied as medium-sized authorities. I would like to thank you if this were to be reported in the interest of those officials who are employed in the Ministry of State but in my other area of responsibility (chapter 2 of the budgeta to be provided), I do not wish to request the establishment of a new budget for my prison aberration for the current year of acceptance. I should like to ask you, Mr Reiehsminister, to consider the adoption of my budget for the accounting year 1984 in such a way as to enable it to enter into force on 1 April 1984.
