151-2 - 2 - whole business unit - in its form and task position without model. Fine certain comparability offers only the government of the General Government. However, while the Polish administration has been eliminated there as a result of the subjugation brought about by German weapons victories, and German bodies alone - although with the help of Polish forces - appear to be the bearer of sovereignty, the Protectorate, due to the completely different integration of this territory, has autonomous administration, which is divided into central, central and sub-authorities and covers all administrative branches, with its own, predominantly Tehechic forces. On the other hand, the sovereignty conferred upon the Protectorate are bound by the political, economic and military interests of the Reich after the ruling of 16.3.1939. Their exercise is therefore subject to a special kind of supervision which, as a result, must be as effective and effective as the direct control of the Reich in the General Government, and which requires a noeh far greater fraction in all areas of the region with its population. In order to give just one example, the concentration of a large part of the armaments industry in Bohemia and Moravia and the broadest possible retention of the population in the Arbai process place exceptional demands on political and administrative governance. The exhaustion of all the forces of the Protectorate, while maintaining calm and order at the same time, is thus a decisive factor in the further political and military development. The successes achieved in these directions and recognized by the leader are all the more significant, since the autonomy is equal to that of a particularly foreign political entity.
