139 Budget of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia. I. The establishment of the German State Ministry for Bohemia and Moravia as the Supreme Reich Authority requires the creation of a permanent sectional plan for the division of the Deutsche Staatsniistere.For this reason, the section XxV - until now the Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Mähren - will become the sectional scheme of the Deutscher Stasteminister, since it will essentially correspond to the former budget of the Reich Protector.The expenses of the Imperial Protector and his office are to be estimated on a special basis. Chapter 1 - Ministry of State - Chapter 2 - Department of the German State Minister - Chapter 1 would be divided into two chapters. Chapter 2 contained the establishment plan for the German civil servants working in the field of business of the German Minister of State and the personal resources required for the Reich's staff working there, as well as general household expenditures which have to be paid by the Reich within the framework of the Reichsauftragsverwaltung (e.g. welfare funds). The administrative expenditure of the members of the Reichsverwaltungsbearbeiten within the autonomous administration is already to the detriment of the external administration.
