I27 Budget of the German State Minister for Bohemia and Mihren.I. The establishment of the Deutsches Staatsministerium für Böhmen und Mähren as the Supreme Reich Authority requires the creation of an independent individual plan for the business area of the Deutscher Staatsminister. The section XXV - until now the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Mlihren - is to be taken over as the unit plan of the German Minister of State, since it will essentially correspond to the former budget of the Reichsprotektor. The expenses of the Imperial Protector and his office are to be considered separately. It should be possible to make a contribution to the Zinzelplan I in a special chapter, which could be justified by the position of the imperial protector as representative of the Pührer in his ownership as head of the Empire. The budget of the German Minister of State will be divided into two chapters in the future - Chapter 1 - Ministry of State , Chapter 2 - Business area of the Deutsches Staatsminister.Chapter 1 - Personal and actual administrative expenditure of the State Ministry,as general budgetary expenditures include the various, especially political, funds (e.g. popular funds). Chapter 2 contains the establishment plan for the German civil servants working in the prison area of the German Minister of State as well as the personal resources required for the Reich's employees there, and the general budget expenditure incurred in the context of the Reich order administration and to be reimbursed by the Reich (e.g. means of care). The actual administrative expenditure of the Reich's staff working within the autonomous administration is now at the expense of the autonomous management. II. Establishment plan of the Steatsministerium. In the future, in addition to the forces required to deal with the affairs of the rich's own administration, only a small number of officials will remain in the Ministry of State for the exercise of the Supreme Inspectorate. This limitation to senior executives requires top positions. As a basis for comparison, only the government of the General Government can be considered, with some variations from the even stronger summary in the State Ministry(9 divisions compared to l3 main divisions in the governance of the general government). (a) For the Head of the "Ministerial Office, Central Administration and Supreme Reejaungskontrolle", as well as for the Director of the Department of Flan posts in accordance with B6 with the title "Ministry Director in the German Minister of State for Bohemia and the Federal Republic of Germany".
