- 125 budget of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia. I. The establishment of the German State Ministry for Bohemia and Moravia as the Supreme Reich Authority promotes the creation of an independent individual plan for the business area of the Deutsche Staatsminister. For the sake of purpose, section XXV - until now Reichsprotektor in Bohemia and Moravia - is taken over as a separate plan of the German Minister of State, since it is essential for the protectors and his office to be allocated separately. It is likely that a transfer into section I into a special chapter, which regulation could be justified by the position of the Reichsguardor as representative of the leader in his ownership as head of the empire, would be possible. The budget of the German Minister of State would be divided into two chapters in the future - Chapter 1 - Ministry of State , Chapter 2 - Business area of the Deutsches Staatsminister.Chapter 1 will also cover the establishment plan of the State Ministry for personal and material administrative expenditures of the Ministry of Government, as general budgetary expenditures encompass the various, in particular political funds (e.g. popular funds). Chapter.2 contained the establishment plan for the German civil servants working in the division of the German Minister of State, as well as the personal resources required for the Reich officials working there, and the general budget expenditure incurred within the framework of the Reich's mandate administration and to be reimbursed by the Reich (e.g. means of care). The actual administrative expenditures of the staff of the Reich, who are required within the autonomous administration, are already at the expense of the autonomous management. Slo'latad tiade II. In the future, in addition to the forces required to deal with the 108 opportunities of the rich's own administration, only a small number of be-ants will remain in the State Ministry for the exercise of the Supreme Reich Supervision. This limitation to executives only requires top positions. As a basis for comparison, only the government of the General Government (nement) can be considered, with certain variations justified by the still stronger summary in the State Ministry (9 divisions compared with 13 main divisions in the Government of the Government). (a) For the head of the "Minister's Office, Central Administration and Supreme Audit Office" and for the departmental heads of posts according to Besgr. B 6 with the title "Ministry Director in the German State Ministry of Bohemia and the Federal Republic of Germany".
