101 Budget of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia -_-___- - ------------------------ ---- I. The establishment of the Deutsche Staatsministerium as the supreme Reich Authority with an independent business unit requires the establishment of a separate section, divided into chapters l - Staatsmini- sterium - and Chapter 2 - Business Unit of the Deutscher Staatsminister. Chapter 2 Title 1 of this section will essentially correspond to earlier chapters 1 P and will therefore include the posts of all the Reich's officials working in the Protectorate, with the exception of the officials of the Reichsfinanzverwaltung (Oberfinanzpräsident), the Reich Justice Administration (Obergesge- ge- sicht- rechtspreis und Generalstaatsanwalt), the Imperial Railways and the Reich Post. II. The task of the German Minister of State and its administration, in addition to the supreme management of the rich's own administration, is to exercise the Reich's supervision over a central, central and sub-authorities, all administrative branches of which are comprehensive autonomous administration with predominantly Czech forces.With regard to the central importance of the Protectorate for the Reich, the Reichsaufsicht must be particularly strong, powerful and detailed with regard to special caution given to the Czechs, and as a result correspond to the work of a rich' own administration without violating in the form the autonomy which is equally important for domestic and foreign political reasons. III. The implementation of the Reichsaufsicht is carried out by means of a co-decision procedure in key positions of the autonomous central and sub-authorities (administrative reform of 1942). as a result of the work of the autonomous central authorities, which were almost consistently managed by the Czech authorities, by German advisers or by German forces employed as heads of sections, etc. (tasks previously carried out by them within the framework of the Reichsprotektor's authority); 3.
