With my letter of 17.11.1943 - sign of St.M. 160 a/43 I had overwhelmed the Minister of Reiehs Graf Sehwerin v.Krosigk with my documents sent to you and with respect to them. I have also occasionally pointed out the urgency of the matter to the Minister of the Reich, Count Sehwerin v.Krosigk, of his recent stay in Prague, and I had the impression that he was in favour of my proposals. As I understand it, the competent departments of the Ministry of Finance intend to examine the question whether the decree of 4 May 1994 on the structure underlying the budget could not be changed and, in their opinion, a further summary of the abbeys of my ministry could be produced. I believe that such a procedure, should this be the case, is of serious concern, since the organization's ability to do so is a matter of great concern.
