English Translation
32 - 22 - the need for the services of German and German speaking office staff is unabatedly strong; partly this is also true of the economic organizations in the process of being set up. On the other hand, trade and the contingent industries have only a low degree of reassurance. The unemployment rate is therefore still quite considerable in the employment of employees. At the end of the reporting period, it recorded only 1,920 knufmänischen office employees, of whom about 650 were unemployed. 2230 employees are unemployed and nearly a third of all those registered as unemployed in the Prötektoret. Efforts to achieve a self-employed job are continuing, partly through temporary employment in non-occupational work, especially in Moravian Ostrava and Brno, partly also through referral to re-employment measures. The main difficulties lie in inadequate German language skills and too little professional competence. Many of the above mentioned forces have been primarily specialized and, if the basic training is insufficient, lack the necessary transition to modern-day economic and professional relations. In addition, turnover and placement were quite considerable in the occupations of employees; 1125 persons, about half of whom were male and female, were permanently employed; more than 500 jobs had to be left unfilled in the absence of appropriate forces; 190 technical and 106 other employees were negated.
