If property is rented or leased for the purpose of some branches of the Protectorate's administration, the expenses of each of these two are to be borne proportionately. Leased protectorate properties or individual leased parts of them constitute the receipt of the Vep-Swaltungsbranche, which the management of the household means contributes to the maintenance of the property. For the use of protectorate propertyschafton, individual branches of the actual protectorate administration do not afford each other any remuneration. However, additional expenses /:heating, lighting, cleaning, etc.:/ must be paid. For the temporary transfer of the premises between the protectorate enterprises and the individual branches of the actual pcotectorate management, the remuneration must be payable. Extensions or amendments to contracts already concluded must be regarded as new contracts within the meaning of this decree. Rental and/or specialist contracts /:Abs.l 4 :/ as well as agreements /:abs. 5 - 6 :/ are to be concluded in writing.
