2 B. Interim arrangements up to the approval of the 1943 budget. The Protectorate's administration had been instructed to manage 1 9 4 2 until the approval in 1943 of the provisional budget (Note to Appendix I and Regvo. 422/42 Coll. p. 216l on the provisional management of the operation of the Protectorate of Böh= men and Moravia in 1943). In the course of 1943, a number of protectorate authorities introduced organisational changes, tasks= shifts and expansions of tasks (e.g. Ministry of Youth Education, Board of Trustees). The general estimate for 19843 can therefore only now be submitted to the Minister of State for approval. In order to enable the protectorate authorities to take account of the overall closure of the budget l943, the Finance Division has authorized the Ministry of Finance, on the basis of the proposals submitted (sub-proposals), to carry out, in accordance with the provisions of the corrections agreed by the abbey= to which it has given its consent, the Department of Finance already now (see Annex II, III and IV). The partial estimates to be examined by the Department of Finance (Chapter ll - Land Office - and Section 6 - Protectorate Forests and Protectorate Domains) have been announced to the Ministry of Finance with the same provisional appropriation (Hin=weis on Appendices V and VI).
