The programmes shall include the managers, the examiners, an indication of the extent to which the participation of other subjects is to take place and the expected duration of the inspections. 2) All subject-matters must, by 1 February 1943 and 2 July 1973 at the latest, send the programmes of the visits on the spot and the requests for the issuing instructions and supporting documents for the corresponding half of the year to the subject area P/3. The Formu= lare must be used according to the circular of 3.V.l939, Z.742-pres/l939). In the case of P/3, in agreement with the permanent section heads and regions, on the basis of the drafts received, it shall always draw up for one month an overall examination plan of the inspections and inspections to be carried out for all areas of control. In principle, it must be ensured that, as far as possible, all branches are concerned in the course of time. In this context, account must also be taken of the institutions managed, endowed, supported and other institutions subject to the Supreme Audit Authority. I would remind you that, in the near future, the subject areas will have to carry out their inspection activities mainly on the spot (see the circular of 28 November 1942, Z.163o Pres/1942).
