In the same direction, the Lord Mayor of Olomouc, Dr. Schreitter Ritter von Schwarzenfeld, emphasizes that it is necessary not only to preserve the imperial mandates, but above all to maintain German key positions in the autonomous part of the city administration in large cities. (b)It is pointed out by individual gentlemen that, in the case of cases of tsehechic parties, the administrative authorities, in particular the national authority, do not apply uniform points of view in the question of Czech logging. While in individual cases, for example, 06.29 E, revision protocols in Czech language are declared admissible, in other cases the authorities I. instance have requested translations of Czech protocols. In the interest of simplifying business management, the gentlemen consider translations of pro- tocols containing only party submissions to be superfluous. c) When discussing the consequences of the convocations on the continuation of the RAV, the impression is consistent that the last convenings in the Oberlandrat district of Moravian Ostrava have led to a great strain on the forces, but that they can still be maintained. However, further conscriptions would have to lead to an overbuilding of RAV. d)The district headminners of Moravian Weisskirchen, Kremsier and Prerau point out that the preservation of the German government commissioners will be very necessary and more important for political reasons than the maintenance of single imperial administration.
