FS No. 2215 of 29 September 1941, time 07.25. 01mütz No. 3002 28.9.41 0912 Fin/ An den SD-LA P r a g . Subject: Situation in OLB Olmütz. The protectorate gendarmerie received the announcement of the state of emergency on 28 September around 9.30 p.m. about O.700 o'clock, with the expenses of the announcements regarding the state of emergency.- Since the night hours of the 28.9. The Czech intelligentsia spreads rumours in O l m t z that demonstrations had come in K l a d n o, which were suppressed by force of arms.- In German circles there are rumours that Oberladrat M o 1 s e n from Olomouc had been dismissed: in this context, serious differences between the individual civil service groups had occurred in the Oberlandrat Office. As it could be noted in the night hours of September 28, the control of the station restaurant was handled only extremely superficially after 22.00 o'clock by an official of the government police and a railway employee. Many Czechs went out after 22.00 hours of closed restaurants into the station restoration and stayed there for several hours, without sharper control. The general situation is still quiet: the majority of the Czech population obviously tries to show an indifferent behaviour. SD-service station Qlmütz,
