Group III/1 III/1- 7 V V 71 - 850/20 Prague, 27 June 1942. Note: On the basis of the attached decision of the Secretary of State of 3.7.1941, the former Ministry of Transport of Prague, on my initiative, with the attached decree No. 40039/1941- IV/3 of 9.7.1941 for group journeys of the Hitler Youth to the Som-merlager in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, has tanned a 50% fare - reduction. The order office Bohemia and Moravia of the RJF requests to grant the same reduction for this year's trips of the Hitler Youth to the summer camps as well as for the participants at the regional sports festival in Olmitz from 10. - 19.7.1942. The tariff situation has not changed since the previous year. The remarks in the attached note of 2.7.1941 - III/1 7 V 71 - 800/20 are still valid today. Consequently, only an extra-tariff price reduction could be granted in this year. However, there is no compelling necessity for this, because after the oral communication of the Haupftgeff Kujawa, the fans, with the exception of those from Brno, are carried out within a circle, i.e. at short distances. The fare plays a minor role sonit. Moreover, according to Kujava, it is paid by the Reich Youth Guide. For Hitler's youth to be transported to Brandeis in the special train from Brno, a 5 % reduction in the fare could be granted in accordance with the special provisions for special trains. In the other areas of the Reich, the Hitler Youth is granted a reduced fare. In this situation, the request of the Order Office Bohemia and Moravia of the RJF cannot be supported. 2 Annexes Mr. Secretary of State with request for a decision. I.V. Plongur
