English Translation
Thoughts about the task and structure of cultural work in the Protectorate. From a broad perspective, the goal of all measures in the protectorate must be the Germanization of the Bohemian-Mauritian space. This goal has been achieved not only directly through the establishment of the Protectorate and its involvement in the Great German Empire, but since the conquest of the East, it has also become an important prerequisite for the successful implementation of the tasks to be solved there. In particular, this also applies to the entire south-east, for which Prague became the focus of attention for all anti-German efforts in the 20 years of Czech independence directed against the Reich. If such an assessment of the political is correct, then for the sake of its soul-shaping effects, the cultural torat must be accorded an important part of the solution. Yes, in the future, at the latest after entry into the state of peace, it will have to fall to the main part. In this context, Prague will be the current political, economic and cultural centre of the Protectorate, regardless of the possibilities available in the future.
