The fundamental difference between the task of Division III 225 and Division III 3 is that Central Division III 3. is tasked with organising an SD information service to all countries and Division IV 225 is responsible for carrying out the substantive evaluation of the entire territory of the CsR. In order to carry out a smooth and rapid evaluation within Division III 225, it was decreed that the notifications of the upper sections, in so far as they concern the area of life of the CSR, should be directed directly to Section III 225. It is therefore self-evident that the connections of the upper sections of the SD OA, which have so far been reported, but with few exceptions, from Central Division III 3, are not yet overstated; as a result, it is likely that these lines will continue to be available for SD-OA tasks.
