Note: Subject: Discussion on the preparation of preliminary distributions of teaching materials for the teaching of mental subjects in the Czech schools of all kinds. On Wednesday, May 6, 1942, a meeting took place with the group of classes under the direction of the Fitzek High School Council on the above matter, in which the following gentlemen took part: from the Prague branch of the Reichsstelle f.d. Schul= and teaching literature: Head of the Department Dr. Koepke, from the Ministry f.Schulw.ü. 0PR.FoFmor, Dir.Dr.Willinger, Abteilungsl. Min.Ratt Dr.Krauchiky Stud.Raat Strobach. Prof. Dr.Schwerak, technical teacher Hanslitschek and Oberlehrer Pechold, also participated in the meeting Reg.rat Dr. Altrichter from the D.L.Sch.R. in Brno, Doz.Dr Werdecker from the German geograph. Inst. in Prague and Dr. Knöbl, head of the German Obersch. f.J. in Prag II. Oberschulrat Fitzek began the discussion with the reference to the guidelines for the preparation of curricula for Czech schools, drawn up by the head of the department Dr. Koepke, which had been approved by the staff of the group of teachers and by the German section heads of the Ministry of Education. The time had not yet come to draw up final curricula, even if one is aware of the main features of the development that the Czech education system of the Protectorate will take in the future. It is about giving practical instructions for teaching in the Czech schools for the very next time. The aim of this discussion was to draw up guidelines for the preparation of preliminary distributions of teaching materials for the subjects of thought (casting, geography and Czech) at the Czech schools of all kinds.
