18a This is expected to be around 2 million consumers, and the above-mentioned cities are the consumer places in which, with regard to the strong concentration of the population and the workers living there, a special arrangement had to be made in the confectionery industry. Whereas in the other cities of the Protectorate the sale of sweets is free of charge, in these cities sweets are allocated on cards for the purpose of fair distribution to the entire population. Thus, each consumer is guaranteed a corresponding allocation. 3.) In the for slaughter poultry allocation according to No. 2 other places of the Protectorate not mentioned above shall be allowed to purchase poultry for slaughter by allowing producers to deliver to the consumer the poultry to which they are entitled for their household, provided that they do not completely need to do so for their households, in the slaughtered state. Also, these places have a more rural character and thus a larger number of households that hold poultry themselves and are thus self-sufficient poultry. Two proposed places are to be allocated to slaughter poultry according to the consumer certificate, which has proved its worth in the distribution of sea fish 87425 and fish marinades in the following cities: Prague, Olmütz, Budweis, Brno, Pilsen, Zlin, Moravia, Iglau, Kladńo. Here, too, consumers with their own poultry husbandry are regarded as self-sufficient in slaughter poultry and are not allocated. 5.) The low incidence of the regulated distribution places as the individual consumer marketing year 1942/
