Copy. Berlin, March 7, 1940. The Reich Minister of the Interior IIa BM Sche 1/II/40 Pa. To the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia in P r a g by Deutsche Dienstpost Böhmen /Mähren. On the letter of January 24, 1940 - Z Pers.- Administrative Secretary Rudolf Schneider was born 1901 and is currently a non-commissioned officer in a Res. Flakab division. In the administrative district he was recruited on 15 July 1936, on 14 April 1937 he filed the first administrative examination with "better than sufficient". In October 1937 Sch. was sentenced to 300 RM fines or 60 days in prison for insults in the sense of § 186 StGBs. Whether Sch. is suitable for use in the upscale service cannot be completely affirmed according to the personnel files. With regard to this, as well as in view of the conditions at present, I regret that I am not in the position to request the exemption of Schneider from military service. Furthermore, I notice that in other cases I have refused to allow any checks by the officials of the internal administration working in the Protectorate area to be made to the eimat authorities. As soon as I have an appropriate official at my disposal, I will transfer one to you. On behalf of Dr. Fabricius. Wager is certified to have been arrested.
