489 Z.Pers.I (Schneider) Prague, 6 October 1994l l.) V e r m e r k : Government inspector Rudolf S c h n e d e r has been working in public service since l5.ll.l936, up to 6.9.4o in the Saxon State Service and from 7.9.4o at the authority of the Reichsprotektor. On 27 May 1937 Schneider was appointed administrative assistant and on ll.6.38 administrative secretary. He was still admitted to the preparatory service for his senior career in the state service and, because he has been called up for military service in the meantime, had to undergo the simplified inspector's examination on 15.5.4o. Schneider was also appointed as a government inspector with effect from 4 April 1994l. Schneider has been a member of the NSDAP since 1.lo.29, so he is an old fighter and, as a result of the action at that time, took over as a civil servant. Reg.Inspector Schneider has now submitted an application to be appointed as a governmental inspector immediately. The promotion of the government inspector Schneider to the governmental inspector means a deviation from the provisions of § 9 of the Reichsprinciple, which states that several promotions of the same official are inadmissible within one year. Accordingly, the appointment of the head inspector is possible at the earliest on April l942. A promotion prior to this date can only be considered in the case of an exemption from the provisions of § 9 of the Reich Principles. 13328
