Hauebrandversorgung im_Jähren_1941/42_und_introhlenwirtschaftsjaha1942/42 The house fire supply in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia has been built up since the middle of the year on the principle of fixed annual quotas for the individual political districts as a supply area within the meaning of § 4 of the III. Barchführungserlesses des Reiehs- protektors in Bohemia and Mähren of 5 September l939. The regulations on domestic fire supply are contained in Order 4 of the German Coal Office for Bohemia and Moravia of 26 March 1941. This rule had to be applied at the time, since the quantities indicated in the consumer's parent declarations in their total amount exceeded the quantities of fuel available in the Protectorate of Böhren and Mähren many times and could therefore not form a basis for allocation to this fuel sector. The district authorities were asked to scrutinise the regular reports of consumers B and C and to report the most economical needs of the consumer groups identified, as well as the number of budgets of the coal industry. On the basis of these reports, the annual quota, confirmed by the Reichsstelle für Kohlen an Brennstoffen, is fixed for each district in accordance with the annual quotas and average allocations per hectare per year.
