The extraordinary General Assembly decides to transfer the two buildings of the society N.C.335, Part.Tav.32l of the land register of Prague Ill., located in the Valkyna street N.34 in Prague-Kleinseite, with associated land, including the new wing Vittorio Emsnuele III. and Part. Tav.lol8 of the property register of Prag I. - Old Town (Italian Chapel in Prague I, Karlsgaşse) and mandates the social partner and administrator of the Italian Congregation, Cav. Dr. Raoul Grando, with powers to initiate all necessary legal and administrative duties for the transfer of the right of ownership over the same from the Italian congregation to the Italian State. The shareholders agree with one another and sign their signature on the basis of the current decision.
