The same also applies to the defence committee and the war management staff provided for in the regulation. These institutions are to serve the advice of the Reichsdefense commissioner and are composed of representatives of all the authorities involved in the defence of the empire. The Reichsprotektor already has such a unified advisory body in the form of its authority, which summarizes all administrative branches and its affiliated departments. In particular, the interests of the party are coordinated by the party liaison office with the Reichsprotector. A further summary guarantees the newly formed Central Economic Staff. The establishment of additional organs of the Reich's defense would only lead to a harmful over-organisation. If the objective of the regulation is to further standardise the organisation and geographical scope of the administration of the economy, crev: HOELCASO doubtless gave rise to a strong need for this endeavour in the rest of the Reich. In the Protectorate, however, the unity of economic administration is already established, since on the part of the Reich, the authority of the Imperial Protector, in the autonomous administration, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour comprises all branches of economic management, whereby the unity between the Reich Protector and autonomous administration is ensured by numerous interpersonal connections. The above-mentioned central economic unit will close the approximately existing .ES gap and prove to be an effective means of concentration of the war economy.
