The Chief of the Order Police. S-/15 Session of the Reich Defence Commissioners on 11 December 1942. Reich Minister Frick opened the meeting, in addition to the Reich Defense Commissioners, who were almost all present, Generalfeldmarschall Keitel, Reichsleiter Dz. Ley, Reichleiter Martin Bormann, Gauleiter Sauckel, and as representative of Reichsminister Speer Pg. Liebelt. Otherwise, all the relevant ministries were represented, mostly with their secretaries of state. Minister Frick gave a half-hour lecture on the new decree for the Reichsdefense Commissars and the unification of the economic administration of 16 January 1942. In addition to the general statements on the oblation itself, he briefly mentioned that in this regulation the party's mouths and the Gauleiter are used more at war than before. This was the special wish of the Führer, who also wants to check with this first regulation what the Reichsgau organizations should look like after the end of the war. The Führer has expressed that in the future the Wehrkreise should not coincide with the Gauen, ğenau as little as other tasks to be carried out in the larger context only. From these statements the question arises, how far more the position of the Higher I and the Police Leaders should correspond with the Wehrenkreise and not with thegauen.
