Betr.: Formation of Wehrkreiskommissionen zur miterung von Hardern beim Einbewerbung Ük-Gestellter. Reference: Order of the Führer of December 19, 1942 WFST/Orge (II), No. 4260/42 beh. On the basis of the instructions given by the Führer, I order: 1.) In order to make the impact of necessary convocations of Uk-configurators on the war tasks of the needs outside of the Wehrmacht as little burdensome as possible, commissions (circuit commissions) must be formed in all Wehrkreisen. Their task is to ensure the application of the application obligation imposed on the Wehrkreiskommando, but at the same time to balance the burden on the individual requirements in accordance with local conditions and to avoid or at least mitigate hardship by means of the best possible compensation. 2.) The commander in the Wehrkreis shall chair the Military Commission. 3.) As members of the Wehrkreiskommissionen, a representative of the responsible Reichsverteiligungskommissar, the President of the Landesarbeitsamt, the Chairman of the Gauwirtschaftskammer, the Chairperson of the Rü Commission, the Rü Inspector, the Head of the Landwirtungsamt, and the Landbauernführer, a Wehrersatzspektor, are usually to be added when discussing fundamental matters.
