The Statute is replaced by the following: The Foundation "Maria Schul" is replaced with the following Statute: Statute of the Foundation "Maria Schul" § 1 Name and seat of the foundation The Foundation is named "Mary Sehul Foundation". It is based in Neustadtl in Mhren. The financial year is the calendar year. § 2 Purpose of the Foundation The Foundation aims at a) the further restoration of the current female supporters, who have no entitlement to this, b) the granting of subsidies for women or fiancées, or female relatives of German settlers, or settlement applicants in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. For this purpose, the Foundation may maintain or make available its own institutions and facilities or other organizations.The Foundation's achievements shall be carried out for the same purpose. The Foundation shall pursue exclusively and directly charitable and charitable purposes. The purpose is not directed towards an economic business enterprise.
