Similarly, we have in the discussions in connection with the new regulation of VAT this porde- ing. The Ministry of Finance recognizes in the main the justification of this our demand on, but it would like to win for these fees a replacement, which however cannot be found. In conclusion, we have intervened and tried to ensure that this matter is speeded up and that the above-mentioned fees are already cancelled from 1 October l940. This our intervention was accompanied by complete success. The Ministry of Finance has drafted a draft to this effect, which is entirely in line with our position and which has already been implemented by the government. 2. Fee relief for associations and inconsistencies. After the end of the round-trip procedure in the case of groups of companies, we have examined with the Finance Minister that the effectiveness of the Regulation on tax relief in the unification of some companies or the conversion of their legal form, which will expire practically at the endof this year, will be extended by two years.
