93.) Wars have expanded considerably, and by the fact that in the end the Soviet Federation, which professes to be a communist social doctrine, has also fallen into this new great conflict, the whole meaning of this new world war, its aims and its fallows are clearly determined. It will be the solution of three categories of problems. Above all, it is the case and the denial of all that is involved, what is ideal, moral and political and social, that is to say, totalism in the Angcist and Fascist sense, and that is the renewal of those great spiritual and moral values that the democratic regime presents throughout the continent of Europe. Today's war is a grandiose sittlioher conflict Two irreconcilable worlds, and this conflict must end with the victory of good and the fall of evil. This conflict, in which democracy will prevail, must give back to the post-war world the highest values that the human individual in general possesses and knows: political and social freedom, but above all spiritual and moral freedom. The second category of questions to be resolved by this war concerns the new political organization of Europe and the world. This will not only be the liberation of all the peoples, states and territories occupied by the imperialist and totalitarian dictatorships, the German, Italian and Japanese, as well as by their smaller helpers (Hungary, Bulgaria), but also the real political reorganization.
