77.) the crisis and the new internal revolution which will fundamentally change the present situation, especially of its middle and higher classes; in doing so they will or will not, only to help themselves out of their sophistications, rush towards state capitalism and collectivism, and in the host and financial system, their path is often analogous or absolutely the same as in the communist state, against which they kumpen, in which they shout out as loudly as they can, that they are the only and true enemies of the barbaric communist civilization. To sum up, these auto-ritative regimes have today exceeded the peak of their construction and growth, economically, politically, morally and socially; we are approaching the hour when the devolution curve of the authoritarian regimes in Europe reaches the point of their rupture. This point has to be achieved not only because it wants the political and sociological development law to do so, but also especially because these regimes are actually scially and politically very seriously ill, everywhere in Europe, where democracy has fallen, these were actually signs of illness in the state and national organism and of the illness of bourgeois democracy itself. The establishment of so-called European dictatorships was not a cure of the disease, but an eradication of the illness, and it was a sign that the peoples and states in question became even more abnormal and crooked.
