He assumes from his thesis that no teaching is ever absolutely new and original, that every politisoh doctrine should be based on the constantly changing practice, i.e. that they should start from the deed and adapt themselves to the conditions, the circumstances, the new emerging needs and reactions, and thus gradually soap their entire ideal and practical political system. b) The concept of authority in the fascist state of Durah's acceptance of these theses from the opposing teachings reaches fasohism to its central problem: the principle of authority. As a negation of liberalism, democracy and socialism, fasohism is a denial of the liberal and constituent state and of all the elements upon which this re- gime d@s principle of authority of its society and state is founded. He also seeks the principle of monarchism as quite incidental and secondary, it does not need if he can allow it. But he sees the pre-revolutionary, absolute monarchy and the monarchy of God's graces as dead; he excludes the Church and the religion from political life and restricts its activity only to the spiritual field, and that is still to the small purely religious section (he points e.g. the influence of the kirohe on the private nourishment of schools and also the private education of the youth at all).
