It is usually problems whose final solution, as mainly practical questions, will depend on the new relations and the new fornes of post-war democratic life and which can be solved accordingly or otherwise. Most often, even if they are very often important, they do not interfere with the nature of the new regime. All the more, I stress that I do not regard my statements about them as dogmas either.
