It is very important and clear what fascism is aiding precisely from these dottrins: from Libergism and from democracy the aversion to the principle of class struggle; from socialism and communism above all the principle and tendency for social justice for the broad masses of the people, whose duroh he puts into the hands of the nation and the state as a whole; it therefore assumes to a great extent the expansion of the economic functions of the state in the sense of statism, nationalization, state economic control and state capitalism. In some of his conceptions he approaches socialism and communism by accepting the further essential idea of socialism and Communism from the full and decisive sovereignty of the state-wide national collective over the individual, but he does not touch the essence of bourgeois society and does not proclaim the socialization of the means of production and the elimination of unlimited private profit.
