In my opinion, this would not be a violation of democratic political freedom: it would be a democratic decision to limit one's freedom in the interests of the whole state in a very special and limited case. The freedom of conviction is safeguarded as well as the freedom of the press and association for all views, i.e. also those who would strive for the formation of new parties. But before a party was founded and built on its basis, Parliament, ie. the people and the nation as a whole, or any other body designated by the Constitution. Since the time of the formation of modern democratic institutions, there have been very different principles of party-building: the principle of conservativism and progress, of monarchism, of belonging to the economic and social class or classes, of state centralism and decentralism, etc. The post-war democracy will decide on these issues and organize them accordingly. After today's war, for example, Czechoslovak democracy should have the courage to establish that political parties should be formed solely on the basis of the principle of conservatism and progress, and that only two or three parties should participate in the parliamentary life of the Republic.
