Today one can establish a political party on the basis of some program and someone else: a party against bound lists of candidates, a beant party, a co-party, even a purely personal party etc. What strange and ridiculous parties have already existed in the name of democratic freedom ! There were no limits to the fact that, as a party-creating principle, some particular politically restricted view or interest was accepted, but one must have the courage to make clear that, in the past, the future continental democracies should have a minimum number of political parties, and that in the future, a constitutional and legal principle should be determined which, depending on the state, should be allowed to do so and, on the basis of which, the political masses of voicing would be forced into parties.
