222.) and consistently oppose the general interest, the depersonalization of anti-egoisms, the honesty and democratic openness, against the partial oligar-ohisohen and dictatorial tendencies, one must be constantly on guard and watch over the ideals of freedom and the individual rights of the free human being as the true democracy defends them. In dividual terms, the party leaders and the leading politicians should always keep in mind that in political life the vanity and prestige of the Pihrers, the lack of self-criticism, egocentrism and megalomania almost act as plague or paralysis. On the question of the perfection of the democratic institutions, it will be possible to limit what is of the collective nature of the political party, how we can properly define its actions in the future democracy and how we will determine its place in the whole new democratic life. In doing so, we must never forget that any perfection of the denocracy with regard to the considerations of political parties must be based on two principles; a) All political parties without exception, are, remain and must always remain a factor of only re-lative value in relation to the higher whole - the state and the people - and therefore everything they undertake must be subordinated to the interests of all this.
