Bureaucratization of the parties and the establishment of party apparatuses, to decide the price of coalitions and coalitions, corruption and demoralization of political life in general, in which cliques of leaders and underleaders, trusters and secretaries are visibly restricted. It is completely unnecessary to get excited about this process. These difficulties of the Denokrstie always have different forms in the country or countries depending on the conditions of the state and people concerned (they were different with us, different in Poland, South Slavia, France or Spain, etc.), they existed and are a necessary accompaniment to any democracy. However, as soon as their evil consequences reach certain limits, they become the subject of attacks and criticisms in the regime of democratic freedom, which, in normal times and at least in the main questions, lead to a gradual improvement: the improvement of the personality, the fall of the leaders and underleaders, the formation of oppositions and new parties. In a healthy and lively political society, democratic freedom of persuasion and criticism, such as the recent elections, demonstrations of trust and distrust, and in the parties and in Parliament/by means of which the constant and systematic democratic control of the leaders and parties can, on their own initiative, improve all these difficulties and so-called sides of the democratic regime in a normal way, without upheavals, without violence
