But politics is not only a science, but also an art. According to some authors, it is even the highest of all arts. Like any artist, the politician is creative. In his political activity, he seeks to lead society to new goals, to change the old state and to change it, to give new expression and new forms to the human and social material in which everything is contained, which is said to be the subject of sociology and politics as science, i.e. the social life in its spiritual, moral, legal, social, economic manifestations isw.
