As a practical democratic politician, I want to do what is necessary, what is possible and what is right for the given attitudes of the community and of the country or countries, on the path of development and without waiting. I also believe that among these surroundings the two mentioned politisoh social systems - the new post-war democracy and the system of Soviet Socialism-beyond each other did without rivalry and could live hostilely, in cooperation and in the opposite direction. No one can say today what such a state of this development will be in the one or the other system of these two, nor does it have much practical significance today. If, therefore, in the first category of fundamental differences between the two systems - historical and economic materialism, positivism and sociologisohen objdktivism on the one hand and the
