139.) o) The inability of democracy to take rapid, firm and responsible decisions, as today's life demands it, has been pointed out, on the one hand, in the Hindliok, to its entire structure and with regard to the principle of the responsibility of the executive power against individual legislative and control bodies, and on the other hand to the whole functioning of the system of the numerous political parties with their persistent party struggles. Therefore, the ineffectiveness and long-termness of democratic methods in the leadership of the state should come from especially in times of crisis, tension and difficulties.This depends on the heavy weakness, the reaction, the lack of effect, often the corruption and the too great politicization of the democratic bureaucracy.I want to take the most important of these preludes of the european vo-war democracy. It is only the main provocations and criticisms and by far not all, but they are essential to the rebirth of today's democracy, and the complete or at least far-reaching solution to these questions is a question of the life or death of the present form of political democracy. 1.) Is a rebirth of the Naoh war democracy and its cohabitation and its advocacy with the system of the Soviet Socialismug at all possible?
