The whole crisis is now being solved again by the Second World War, which emerged directly from power-political conflicts between the current European powers and from ideologisoh struggles between the three current political-social systems - liberal democracy, fasohism - nationalism and Soviet socialism. And the final question, however, is as follows: What degree of future development will this have and what kind of sohicksal will the democracy achieve as a political and social system, which until now has indisputably been regarded as the most culturally mature political regime? Already the last world war was not only apolitical, but also a social and sittli- cal revival in its foigen and has accelerated the whole of the previous devolution.The second world war will be, as I have already pointed out here, to a far higher extent and will give the development completely determined, end-use-like bbrmen.
