But precisely the events of recent years have clearly demonstrated the interdependence of the security of all countries and peoples in Europe. The German "strang to the East" or "to the South East" was always only one side of the same German failure. The other side was the "stang to the West". In particular, Nazi Germany has been a mere extension of the Maaht in Central and Eastern Europe, but rather a hegemony across Europe, because on the one hand this is the undeniable meaning and goal of the Nazi racist theory, and on the other hand without the German hegemony throughout Europe, Germany's rule over Central Europe would never be safe and lasting; and the German army over Europe should once again only be the first step towards a kind of German world ruler. Not this or that particularly vulnerable part of Europe, but the whole of Europe will require a new organization, because the Pangermanian totalitarian danger is common to all of Europe and one can never say which part is more threatened in a particular situation than another. All the calculations of some European powers to sacrifice Germany to this or that state in Central Europe, so that then there would be rest for the others, were always nonsense and folly, based on suicidal selfishness, ignorance and foolish narrowness of the horizon.
