Theses are obvious: inequality of people, peoples and states, justification of the supremacy of individuals, classes and so-called higher peoples, and enslavement of individuals and classes and thus called lower peoples. It would therefore be a brutal, materialistic and aristocratic conception of social life and the world at all. On the other hand, the basis of democracy is an ethical system which is absolutely deviating and rejects the struggle as the main and only principle of social action and development. This system does not deny that in social development the factor of the comb plays its major role - on the contrary; but it insists that, apart from this important element of social development, the element of cooperation, discussion, understanding, love, social sympathy and attraction is still present here, and that social cohesion and development are based on a synthesis of the elements of struggle and cooperation, that is, on the solution of the social conflicts not only in the struggle but also in the medium of understanding and understanding. This means that in democracy, ma- terial violence is not primary and essential for human development, but the spiritual and moral force that must and should always be used first and foremost in the final solution of ideological and interest-conficts.
