20 - 4 - IV. Dissolution of the Foundation. § 9. On amendments to the Statute and dissolution of the foundation, the Chairman decides. Decisions relating to an amendment of the Statute, an amendment to the purpose of the foundations, their dissolution or the distribution of the assets in the event of a dissolution shall be subject to the validity of the approval of the Reichsprotektor. v. Final provisions. § l0.The foundation is subject exclusively to the supervision of the Reichsprotektor.The autonomous authorities of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia are not entitled to supervision or any kind of influence on the foundation. § 1l. The statutes of July 1, 1868, which have been in force so far, remain in force insofar as they regulate the rights and obligations of the superior and the beneficiaries of the assistance pursuant to § 2, Baybabe a, and do not conflict with the provisions of §§ 1-1o. § 12. The Foundation shall be the same as German nationals when applying the Ordinance on the Exercise of Civil Justice in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia of 14.4.1939, RGBl.I p.759. Section B. § 13. This Ordinary shall enter into force with immediate effect.
