2n 1 tesdorrsnus 3.12.43 to Mr Dr. g o e b b e l s , Original har Caatn. berlin. nr.13001 hurries very quickly to Ueptisch. on: benesch (conclusion of the contract in moscow and participation in memm-m teheran?). for almost a year, in certain time periods, the mel-d td me de tae will be driven by the '*Checho-Slovak** emigrant government in london. the journey of benezh to moscow was apparently several times imminent and was in one case detected (in the august d.j.) prevented by the British government. after the conclusion of the moscow conference, it was again stated that benesch will now proceed to the planned conclusion of a contract in moscau after all the difficulties have been resolved. however, according to the reports I have received from the Czech enemy broadcasts, it can be safely assumed that the contract has not yet been concluded. the development of this matter is of course of great importance for the propaganda in the protekéorat. I have had suitable material prepared for our counter-propaganda for a long time by my Department of Cultural Policy for the case of the use of the appropriate fine-dagitation material and I absolutely want to prevent this material from being spent prematurely. For this reason I regretted very much that after 23.11. in a large part of the rich press and in the rich radio a dnb-geldung dated from stockholm was ironed out quite broadly, after which benesch on this date should have already arrived in moscow. The report was immediately regarded by me as a false report, since it did not appear in official Czech broadcasts.
