The Treaty lays the foundations for a post-war collaboration of our peoples and guarantees that all the germs of a new German "force towards the East" policy will be destroyed. Our forces must stand up with all forces against these offensive intentions of German imperialism. Allow me, Mr President, to congratulate them and their staff on the conclusion of the Treaty, which is to serve the rosy future of our peoples. I thank them for all their commitment, which has been crowned by the Treaty."
