English Translation
34 Taking into account the indicated conditions, an immediate settlement is necessary and I propose an agreement with the city of Prague on the following points: 1. If a standstill agreement is concluded with the city of Prague on a deferral of the lease interest for a period of 1 - 2 years, depending on the economic conditions of the individual enterprises, if not in part even a one-year lease seems necessary; 2. The capital to be used for the necessary investments is determined under the following classification: (a) Buildings (b) Dewatering of living and dead inventory of other resources needed. 3. The procurement of the necessary capital must be agreed. 4. In a special agreement with the city of Prague, the future administration, with regard to management, is defined. The other companies belonging to the city of Prague must be determined by the competent city office, and by the district office. All remaining goods must be included. These questions are already clarified by the District office and in particular the legal conditions are established. It has been reported to me that the Jew Klinger (farmer of the enterprise Keeg) had until June 39 also the enterprises belonging to the city of Prague Dubech (about 15o ha) and Biechowitz (about l5o ha), in lease. These enterprises were then given to the brothers Šimandl in leases.
