Of the goods belonging to the city Prague are 2 leased enterprises under compulsory administration, namely the enterprise Keeg (Kyje) and the enterprise Unter-Pochernitz (Dolni Počernice). 1.) This area is managed by the compulsory administration. Among the properties is a pond of about 24 hectares, which is otherwise leased. The cultural status of the fields in Keeg is poor. In particular, the reason is that the soil suffers from staggering wetness and so far no measures have been taken to remedy it by sufficient water regulation. This neglect has had a particularly adverse effect in the past harvest year, when the fields were partly completely under water for harvest and thus only small harvests could be achieved under difficult working conditions.
