Having given my consent to contact the Secretary of State on the basis of the experience of the two above-mentioned activities, I would like to take the opportunity to make a direct presentation to you. I have been negotiating for the past 1/2 years because of the takeover of the companies. Already at the beginning of these negotiations, my application for the takeover of these companies was decided in a positive sense, and it was of crucial importance that my application in this regard was strongly supported by all the competent authorities, in particular the OKH and the arms inspection of the Wehrkreis IX, with regard to the large-scale defence tasks and tasks for the four-year plan which have been submitted to my local plant. In view of this strong support and since all the usual conditions were absolutely fulfilled, the negotiations with the group Wirtschaft could be concluded with the Herr Reichsprotektor already in December last year. Nevertheless, the change of ownership has still not been completed until today, although I was in Prague repeatedly in the meantime and tried in the most sustainable way to bring the matter to a close. To this day, it has made it impossible for me to implement the measures of expansion and relocation of production, which, among other things, have not only been advocated by the highest military authorities, but have been called upon to do so, and I have continued to work on -2- St. 1M-209141
