OV Prague, 1l August 1941 \14 Note: Subject: Bus line Schulfenau - Liboch - Prague. a1 Lorenz, Gauselfeverwaltung Reichenberg, called at 1°° o'clock and stated: The Gauself administration received from the government president only the permission to establish a line Schalfenau – Liboch – Prague. There are now 3 Reichspostlinen from Schluckenau to Liboch, which are not coordinated in their connections. The planned express transport line would run alongside these 3 Reichsenpostlineen and therefore only be approved on the condition that it is carried out to Prague, i.e. beyond the routes of the 3 Reichsepostlinene. In the present situation that from Liboch to Prague a connection is established by the BMB, the president of the government would not grant the approval. According to Lorenz, the implementation of the plan depends on whether the bus may go to Prague by the Gau self-administration. Mr Lorenz said that this would avoid the useless maintenance of the bus in Liboch, and that the self-administration needed the revenue from the Liboch-Prag route share to make the operation economically viable. We would like to check whether Community traffic was not possible for the Gauselbewaltung and the BMB, in the form that a BMB car would travel beyond Liboch to Schluckenau.
