21 T/a-462g St.S. \C-14i Prague, 8 April 1941. X hl1 Secret Mt Fudis 6/h t Mr Under-Secretary of State. From a verdict of the People's Court that this recently/against protectorate members has fallen for a company of the favor of the enemy in connection with preparation for high treason and popular treason by lie incitement, one of the condemned has turned to prominent figures of a German economic group and received their support in the preparation of a trip to Romania. The journey was intended to build up a new illegal communications link. The place characteristic of the assessment of the matter from a letter sent and collected by the sentenced person abroad is literally as follows: "These gentlemen trusted me after several weeks of discussions and a few strolls, so that I received a letter from them for the pastry, on the basis of which a German passport and permission to enter Romania was given to me. I repeat here the wording of the letter which was given to me: I agree that you should submit this letter to the Lord's Council for the issue of the exit permit and would welcome it if you could be granted the permit as far as possible without loss of time."
