The place characteristic of the assessment of the matter from a letter sent and collected by the sentenced person abroad is literally as follows: "These gentlemen trusted me after several weeks of discussions and a few strolls, so that I received a letter from them for the pastry, on the basis of which a German passport and permission to enter Romania was given to me. I repeat here the wording of the letter which was given to me: I agree that you should submit this letter to the Lord's Council for the issue of the exit permit and would welcome it if you could be granted the permit as far as possible without loss of time."
